Returns & Refunds

Return & Refund Policy

At Crunchley, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. Since our products are food items and perishable in nature, returns and refunds are governed by the policy outlined below.


Return Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards, Crunchley does not accept returns once a product has been opened or consumed.

Customers may request a return or replacement only in the following situations:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Expired or defective product received

To raise a return or replacement request, customers must contact Crunchley support within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Packaging images
  • Order details for verification

Requests received after the allowed time window may not be eligible for review.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval of the claim by the Crunchley support team.

Eligible refund cases include:

  • Damaged product delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing items
  • Verified quality-related issues

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through:

  • UPI transfer
  • Bank transfer

Crunchley reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not satisfy the conditions mentioned in this policy.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched from the Crunchley fulfillment facility.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened food products
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Requests raised beyond the allowed reporting period
